Tinnitus supplements are not cheap, and the brands encourage you to buy three or six bottles at once. We compared what the six we have reviewed actually cost: per bottle, for the smallest order and per month at the label dose. Three stand out: Zeneara is the cheapest overall, SonoVive is the cheapest way to try a single bottle with free shipping, and EchoXen is the cheapest version of the formula shared with Audifort and ZenCortex. Cheaper does not mean better: none of the six has good evidence for tinnitus.
Our picks at a glance
- Zeneara: cheapest overall (our top pick). $39 to $59 a bottle, single bottles available, plus a 365-day refund; no dosed label.
- SonoVive: cheapest single bottle with free shipping. $69 delivered in the US, every dose on the label; St. John's wort interactions.
- EchoXen: cheapest version of the Audifort formula. $177 for three 60 ml bottles; 60-day refund.

First, see a doctor
Tinnitus is a sound, such as ringing, buzzing, hissing or humming, that has no outside source. The NIDCD estimates that roughly 1 in 10 U.S. adults has had tinnitus lasting at least five minutes in the past year. It is a symptom, not a disease: age-related hearing loss and noise exposure are the most common causes, but earwax, ear infections, some medicines, jaw problems, high blood pressure and, rarely, a growth on the hearing nerve can all be behind it. Some versions need a doctor or an ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT) before anything else:
- Sudden hearing loss in one or both ears, with or without ringing. This is treated as urgent, because treatment works best when it starts within days.
- Tinnitus in only one ear, or clearly louder on one side.
- Pulsatile tinnitus, a whooshing or thumping in time with your heartbeat, which can point to a blood vessel problem.
- Tinnitus with hearing loss, dizziness, ear pain or discharge, or that started after a head injury or a new medicine.
For long-lasting tinnitus, the options with better evidence than any supplement are hearing aids when there is hearing loss, sound therapy (including wearable sound generators), tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps people be less bothered by the sound. The NIDCD describes these approaches on its tinnitus page. Every product on this page is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for tinnitus or hearing loss.
How we compared
We did not take these products or run a test. This comparison comes from each brand's Supplement Facts label (where one is published), order page, FAQ and refund policy, checked against published research and NIH resources. Every product has a full review on this site, and every fact here comes from those reviews. Prices are those on the official order pages and ClickBank forms when we checked. We used five criteria:
- Label transparency: a Supplement Facts panel, with an amount for each ingredient or a proprietary blend.
- Evidence for tinnitus: any ingredient tested in people with tinnitus, at a similar amount. For all six products it is weak or none.
- Safety and interactions: caffeine, sedating herbs, bleeding risk, herbs that change how drugs work.
- Price per month: price per bottle by package and how long a bottle lasts.
- Guarantee: length, empty bottles, return shipping and whether the brand's pages agree.
Since none wins on evidence, the ranking leans on the other four.
Price comparison: all six
| Smallest order | 3 bottles | 6 bottles | Lowest price per bottle | Supply per bottle at label dose | |

| SonoVive | 1 bottle: $69, free US shipping | $177 | $294 | $49 | 30 days at 1 capsule |
| EchoXen | 2 bottles: $158 + $9.99 | $177 | $294 | $49 | 1 month at 2 ml, 2 months at 1 ml |

1. Zeneara: cheapest overall (our top pick)
Zeneara is the cheapest tinnitus supplement we have reviewed at every package size: $59 for one bottle ($68.99 with shipping), $147 for three and $234 for six, which works out to $39 a bottle. The order page sells each bottle as a one-month supply at one capsule a day. Its 365-day refund, which the order page says covers used bottles, lowers the cost of a failed trial further. One detail: the bottle in the product photos says 60 capsules, so a bottle may last longer than a month, but we cannot confirm it without the label.
The savings come with trade-offs: no Supplement Facts panel with amounts that we could find, marketing that promises far more than the evidence supports, and ingredients (valerian, passion flower, ginkgo) that can cause drowsiness or raise bleeding risk.
Pros
- $39 to $59 a bottle
- Cheapest 3 and 6-bottle packages
- 365-day refund
Cons
- No dosed label found
- Capsule count and supply description do not match
- Bold claims with no published study
- Sedating herbs

2. SonoVive: cheapest single bottle with free shipping
SonoVive costs $69 for one bottle with free US shipping, essentially the same as a single Zeneara bottle and less than half the smallest order of the other four brands (about $168 for two bottles). Three bottles are $177 and six are $294, with no bonuses and no shipping charge in the US. A bottle holds 30 capsules: a month at one a day, or 15 days at the label's upper dose of two.
It is also the most transparent label of the six, with every dose printed. The price is not the issue; the 250 mg of St. John's wort per capsule is, because it interacts with many prescription medicines.
Pros
- $69 for one bottle, shipped free in the US
- Every dose printed
- Refund counted from delivery
Cons
- St. John's wort interactions
- Ginkgo did not help tinnitus in trials
- A bottle lasts 15 days at 2 capsules a day

3. EchoXen: cheapest version of the Audifort formula
If you want the formula sold as Audifort, EchoXen and ZenCortex, EchoXen is the cheapest way to get it: $177 for three 60 ml bottles, against $207 for the other two brands. Because the label allows one or two droppers a day, a bottle lasts one to two months, so at the lower dose the cost per month is roughly half. Its 60-day refund, email-only support and "not significantly used" wording are the price of the saving.
Pros
- $30 less than Audifort or ZenCortex for 3 bottles
- 60 ml bottles
- Free shipping on 3 and 6
Cons
- Smallest order is 2 bottles ($167.99)
- 60-day refund with usage wording
- No tinnitus research for the formula

Is a bigger bundle worth it?
Bundles lower the price per bottle, from $59 to $79 down to $39 to $49, but they raise what you spend before you know whether the product does anything for you. Since none of these has good evidence for tinnitus, the cheapest sensible test is the smallest order that still gives you a fair trial, plus a calendar reminder for the refund deadline. Our guarantee comparison explains each refund in detail.
Our verdict
Zeneara is the cheapest tinnitus supplement we have reviewed at every package size, and its 365-day refund lowers the cost of a failed trial even further; the trade-off is that we could not see its doses. SonoVive is the cheapest single bottle with free shipping and the clearest label, if your medicines allow St. John's wort. EchoXen is the cheapest version of the Audifort formula. Whatever you spend, a hearing test, hearing aids where needed, sound therapy, TRT and CBT are the better-supported places to put money first.

Is EchoXen cheaper than Audifort?
