With tinnitus supplements, the refund matters more than usual. No product we have reviewed has good evidence that it quiets ringing, and the brands themselves suggest taking them for three or four months. If you decide to try one anyway, the guarantee is your real safety net. Of the six tinnitus supplements we have reviewed, three offer more than the usual 60 days: Zeneara (365 days), Audifort and NeuroQuiet (90 days each). This page compares how those refunds actually work.
Our picks at a glance
- Zeneara: longest guarantee (our top pick). 365 days, even for used bottles, and the lowest price per bottle; the refund procedure is not spelled out.
- Audifort: best documented 90-day refund. Written RMA process, empty bottles accepted, phone support.
- NeuroQuiet: 90 days in a spray. Same process as Audifort, with a generic return policy page to watch.

First, see a doctor
Tinnitus is a sound, such as ringing, buzzing, hissing or humming, that has no outside source. The NIDCD estimates that roughly 1 in 10 U.S. adults has had tinnitus lasting at least five minutes in the past year. It is a symptom, not a disease: age-related hearing loss and noise exposure are the most common causes, but earwax, ear infections, some medicines, jaw problems, high blood pressure and, rarely, a growth on the hearing nerve can all be behind it. Some versions need a doctor or an ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT) before anything else:
- Sudden hearing loss in one or both ears, with or without ringing. This is treated as urgent, because treatment works best when it starts within days.
- Tinnitus in only one ear, or clearly louder on one side.
- Pulsatile tinnitus, a whooshing or thumping in time with your heartbeat, which can point to a blood vessel problem.
- Tinnitus with hearing loss, dizziness, ear pain or discharge, or that started after a head injury or a new medicine.
For long-lasting tinnitus, the options with better evidence than any supplement are hearing aids when there is hearing loss, sound therapy (including wearable sound generators), tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps people be less bothered by the sound. The NIDCD describes these approaches on its tinnitus page. Every product on this page is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for tinnitus or hearing loss.
How we compared
We did not take these products or run a test. This comparison comes from each brand's Supplement Facts label (where one is published), order page, FAQ and refund policy, checked against published research and NIH resources. Every product has a full review on this site, and every fact here comes from those reviews. Prices are those on the official order pages and ClickBank forms when we checked. We used five criteria:
- Label transparency: a Supplement Facts panel, with an amount for each ingredient or a proprietary blend.
- Evidence for tinnitus: any ingredient tested in people with tinnitus, at a similar amount. For all six products it is weak or none.
- Safety and interactions: caffeine, sedating herbs, bleeding risk, herbs that change how drugs work.
- Price per month: price per bottle by package and how long a bottle lasts.
- Guarantee: length, empty bottles, return shipping and whether the brand's pages agree.
Since none wins on evidence, the ranking leans on the other four.

The other three products we have reviewed offer 60 days: SonoVive (counted from delivery, opened bottles accepted), ZenCortex (returns must arrive by day 60) and EchoXen (refund page says items must not be "significantly used"). All six are one-time ClickBank payments, so you can also contact ClickBank's order support at clkbank.com.
1. Zeneara: longest guarantee (our top pick)
Zeneara's order page says that "at any point within the next 12 months" you can ask for a full refund, no questions asked, even if you used up the bottles, and the ClickBank order form also shows a 365-day return window. It is also the cheapest of the three: $59 for one bottle plus $9.99 shipping, $147 for three and $234 for six, with free shipping on the larger packages and optional checkout extras left unticked.
What is missing is a published step-by-step procedure. Before you mail anything, email support@zeneara.com for written instructions and ask who pays return shipping; the returns address is 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, Ohio. On the product itself: we could not find a dosed label, the formula's ginkgo and zinc did not show a clear benefit for tinnitus in Cochrane reviews, and valerian and passion flower can cause drowsiness. A long refund protects your money, not your ears.
Pros
- 365 days, used bottles included
- Lowest price per bottle
- Single bottle available
Cons
- No written refund procedure found
- No dosed label found
- Cure-style marketing claims
- Sedating herbs; ginkgo and bleeding risk

2. Audifort: best documented 90-day refund
Audifort's 90 days appear on the order page, return policy, terms and ClickBank form, and the process is spelled out: email support@audifort.com or call the listed phone line (10 AM to 1 AM Eastern, seven days a week) for an RMA number, then mail the bottles, even empty, to Largo, Florida within 14 days and send the tracking number. You pay return shipping, and the refund is minus shipping and handling. The shipping policy page still says 60 days and asks for all bottles, including bonuses, so the safe move is to start before day 60.
Pros
- Clear RMA process on several pages
- Empty bottles accepted
- Phone support every day
Cons
- Shipping page says 60 days
- Refund minus shipping and handling
- No tinnitus research for the formula

3. NeuroQuiet: 90 days in a spray
NeuroQuiet's refund mirrors Audifort's: 90 days from purchase on the order page, FAQ, return policy and ClickBank form, empty bottles accepted, an RMA by email or phone, and return within 14 days to Aurora, Colorado. Two cautions: the shipping policy says 60 days, and the return policy includes generic store text such as "sale items cannot be refunded" that conflicts with the guarantee, so get the terms confirmed by email. The label lists about 3 micrograms of ingredients a day, which gives little reason to expect any effect.
Pros
- 90 days, empty bottles accepted
- Phone support every day
- Low interaction concern
Cons
- Shipping page says 60 days
- Generic text in the return policy
- Nanogram doses

How to actually get your money back
- Buy only from the official site, so the guarantee and ClickBank's order support apply. Keep the order email and ClickBank receipt.
- Put the shortest deadline that appears on any of the brand's pages in your calendar, not the longest.
- Keep every bottle, empty or not, including bonus bottles.
- Ask for the return authorization by email, so you have the terms in writing, and send back with tracking.
- If support does not answer, contact ClickBank's order support at clkbank.com.
Our verdict
Zeneara has the longest guarantee by far, 365 days even for used bottles, and the lowest price, which makes it the lowest-risk purchase on money alone. Ask for written return instructions before you rely on it, and keep in mind that we could not see its doses. Audifort is the better pick if you value a documented process and a published label over time. NeuroQuiet offers the same 90 days as a spray. None of the three has good evidence for tinnitus, so a long guarantee is a reason to feel safe trying, not a reason to expect results.

Frequently asked questions
Which tinnitus supplement has the longest money-back guarantee?
Zeneara, with 365 days. The order page says it applies even if you used up the bottles, and the ClickBank order form shows a 365-day window.
Does the Audifort guarantee cover empty bottles?
Yes. The order page says even empty bottles qualify within 90 days. You need an RMA number, you pay return shipping, and the refund is minus shipping and handling.
How do I get a refund from Zeneara?
Email support@zeneara.com within 365 days and ask for written return instructions; the returns address is 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278. ClickBank order support at clkbank.com can also help.
Who pays return shipping on tinnitus supplements?
For Audifort, NeuroQuiet, ZenCortex, EchoXen and SonoVive, you do. Zeneara's pages do not say, so ask support before you mail anything.
Is a long guarantee a sign that a supplement works?
No. It is a sign of how the product is sold, not of evidence. None of the six tinnitus supplements we reviewed has good evidence that it reduces tinnitus.
Can I get a refund through ClickBank?
All six are sold through ClickBank, which is the retailer, so you can contact its order support at clkbank.com. EchoXen's order confirmation page directs refund requests there.
