The Health Digest publishes research-first reviews of health supplements. Every review starts with the same three documents: the Supplement Facts label published by the brand, the official order page and the refund policy. We then look at what published research, mainly from the NIH and peer-reviewed journals, says about the main ingredients.
How we write reviews
- We work from the official label, not from other review sites. Many pages online copy each other and repeat the wrong ingredients.
- We do not publish invented testimonials or "verified buyer" quotes.
- We tell you how the guarantee actually works, including who pays return postage.
- We flag the safety questions worth raising with your doctor.
- We update prices and terms when the official pages change.
How we make money
The Health Digest is an independent affiliate website: we do not make, sell or ship any product, and we never handle your payment. When you click a button such as "Check price", you leave The Health Digest and go to the brand's official website. Your order, payment, shipping and any refund are handled by the brand and its checkout platform (such as BuyGoods or ClickBank), under the brand's own terms. If you buy, the brand pays us a commission. The price you pay is the same, and the commission never changes our research or what we write.
