Short answer

To get a SonoVive refund, email contact@sonovive-product.com with "Refund Request" in the subject, then mail all bottles, opened or not, with your name, email and order ID to 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011 within 60 days of delivery. You pay return shipping; refunds can take 5 to 10 days to show.

Quick verdict

SonoVive's refund terms are clear on the big points: 60 days counted from delivery, opened and empty bottles accepted, and no subscription to cancel. The rough edges are that product support is email only, you pay return postage, and the order page says 60 days from purchase rather than delivery. The most serious complaints you could have are about medication interactions, which is why that conversation belongs before the order.

What we like

  • 60 days counted from delivery
  • Opened and empty bottles accepted
  • Refunds processed within days of arrival
  • ClickBank phone support as a backup

Keep in mind

  • Product support is email only
  • You pay return shipping
  • Order page says "from purchase", policy says from delivery

When people search for SonoVive complaints, they are usually asking one of three things. Is the store real? Why is there a CLKBANK charge on my card? And how do I get my money back? The first is answered in our Is SonoVive legit? page (short version: yes, it is a real ClickBank store). This guide covers the other two, and the complaint patterns that are worth understanding before you order.

What SonoVive complaints are really about

The promise versus the label

The FAQ says SonoVive "has the power to completely regenerate and connect hair cells and brain cells". The label is a memory blend: St. John's wort, glutamine, phosphatidylserine, bacopa, ginkgo, acetyl-L-carnitine, vinpocetine and huperzine A, mostly below the doses used in studies. Ginkgo, the one ingredient tested for tinnitus, did not beat placebo in a 2022 Cochrane review. Disappointment that the hearing did not improve is a mismatch between that promise and that label. The evidence is in Does SonoVive work? and our SonoVive reviews and complaints.

Side effects and medication interactions

This is the complaint category that matters most for SonoVive. At 250 mg per capsule, St. John's wort can weaken birth control pills, some antidepressants, warfarin, digoxin, cyclosporine and some HIV and cancer drugs, and combined with antidepressants it can cause serotonin problems. The FAQ calls the product "designed for all ages and medical conditions", but the label itself warns about seizures, bleeding risk, MAO inhibitors, pregnancy and fertility. If you take anything on prescription and have not asked your doctor, stop and ask now.

An unfamiliar charge

Your statement shows CLKBANK*SONOVIVE. If you accepted an extra-bottle offer after checkout, that is a separate charge with the same name. Check your receipt emails before assuming anything is wrong.

Marketing claims buyers question

A few lines on the sales page draw skepticism, and rightly so. The page says the factory is "FDA approved", but the FDA registers supplement facilities rather than approving them. It warns that "it will take me at least 9 months to restock", a claim there is no way to check. And the presentation is a personal letter from "Sam Olsen", described as a 65-year-old retired medical chemist, whose identity we could not verify. None of these is a reason to think your order will not arrive. They are reasons not to let urgency or authority decide for you.

Wrong seller

SonoVive is sold only on sonovive.com, and affiliates are forbidden from listing it on Amazon or eBay. The brand cannot refund a marketplace order. See where to buy SonoVive.

The refund policy, in plain terms

60-day money-back guarantee seal

Every order from the official SonoVive store is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription or auto-shipment.

  • Window: 60 days from the day the order is delivered, according to the refund policy. The order page says "60 days from your purchase", so plan around the purchase date to be safe.
  • Bottles: opened, empty or unopened all qualify. Send all of them.
  • Return shipping: paid by you.
  • Timing: refunds are processed within days of the package arriving, and can take 5 to 10 days to appear on your card.

Step-by-step: requesting a SonoVive refund

  1. Find your ClickBank receipt. Note the order ID, purchase date and delivery date.
  2. Email contact@sonovive-product.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, the email you ordered with and your order ID.
  3. Pack every bottle, opened or not, with a note giving your full name, email and order ID.
  4. Mail it to 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, using a tracked service. Keep the tracking number.
  5. Watch your card for 5 to 10 days after the package is delivered to them.
  6. Follow up by email, quoting your order ID and tracking number, if nothing has appeared.

A sample email: "Subject: Refund Request. Hello, I would like a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee for order [ID], delivered on [date]. I am returning all bottles to the Aurora address with a note containing my name, email and order ID. Please confirm receipt. Thank you, [name]."

If you get no answer

Go to ClickBank. As the retailer, it can process refunds for SonoVive orders: use clkbank.com (or orders.clickbank.net to find your order) or call 1-800-390-6035, and explain that you requested a refund within the guarantee window. Have your order ID and return tracking number ready.

A chargeback through your card issuer is the last resort, for when both SonoVive and ClickBank fail to act. It takes time and works best with evidence: receipt, emails and proof of delivery of your return. The FTC guide in our sources explains how disputes work.

Avoiding the need for a refund

Most refund requests are predictable. Ask your doctor or pharmacist about St. John's wort before you buy. Get a hearing test, so you have a real baseline rather than an impression. Start with one bottle, which costs $69 with free shipping (see our SonoVive price breakdown), instead of six. Read each page after checkout before accepting an offer. And do not expect a coupon to make the next order cheaper; our SonoVive coupon code guide explains why.

For context, in our comparison of six tinnitus supplements the order is Zeneara first, then NeuroQuiet, SonoVive, Audifort, EchoXen and ZenCortex. SonoVive ranks third, and our guarantee comparison shows how its refund terms stack up.
