Zeneara is sold through its own website, zeneara.com, with payment on a ClickBank order form. The order page says it is not sold on Amazon or Walmart, and we found no pharmacy, GNC or retail store that stocks it. Buying direct is the only way to get the 365-day guarantee, which is the main thing Zeneara has going for it.

Zeneara's sales page is long, and a lot of readers bail out halfway and go searching for the product somewhere more familiar: Amazon, Walmart, a local pharmacy. Here is what you will and will not find, and why buying direct matters more for Zeneara than for most supplements.
Where is Zeneara sold?
On zeneara.com. Affiliate links open an order page on zeneara.com, and the payment goes through a ClickBank order form. ClickBank is the retailer: it charges your card, sends the receipt and offers order support. Orders ship from a fulfillment center at 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, Ohio 44278, which is also the returns address. Product support is support@zeneara.com.
That is the whole list of official channels. For what is in the capsules, see our Zeneara reviews and complaints.
Is Zeneara on Amazon?
The order page says it is not, and that Zeneara is sold only on the official site. If you find a listing on Amazon, it is not an authorized seller, and the 365-day guarantee does not cover it. With a product whose ingredient amounts are not published, you also have no way to compare a third-party bottle against an official one.
Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and GNC
Same story. The order page names Walmart specifically as a place Zeneara is not sold, and we found no authorized listing at CVS, Walgreens or GNC. A marketplace listing under any of those names is a third-party seller.
Zeneara near me
We know of no physical store that carries it. Zeneara is a direct-to-consumer product sold online. If you want a local conversation before buying, take the ingredient list (two probiotics, taurine, ginkgo, valerian, passion flower, zinc and vitamin B6) to a pharmacist, particularly if you take sleep medicine, anxiety medicine or blood thinners.

Canada, the UK and Australia
International buyers order from the same official site. The shipping page says international orders take 12 to 18 business days and may carry shipping fees, while the order page says shipping is free "no matter where you live". Those two statements do not fully agree, so read the shipping line on the ClickBank checkout before you confirm. The 365-day window leaves plenty of room for slow international delivery.
How to spot a lookalike site or listing
We did not identify a specific Zeneara clone domain in our checks. The warning signs to watch for are names like "zenearapromo" or "zeneara-official-store", a checkout that is not ClickBank, or a price far from the official $39 to $59 per bottle. Here is a quick check:
- Domain: the order page should be on zeneara.com, and the payment form on a clickbank.net address showing "Zeneara" and your package.
- Prices: 1 bottle $59 (the form adds $9.99 shipping), 3 bottles $147, 6 bottles $234. More in our Zeneara price breakdown.
- Extras: "Shipping Protection" ($3.95) and "ShipSelect" should be optional and unticked.
- Contact: support@zeneara.com and the Tallmadge, Ohio address.
Our Is Zeneara legit? page covers the store's credentials in more depth.
A word about the sales page itself
Buying from the official store protects your refund; it does not make the sales page's claims true. The page says the formula "eliminated tinnitus in 99.7% of participants within just 14 days", shows the names of Harvard and the University of Zurich, and says hearing aids "just don't work". None of that is backed by a published study, and hearing aids are among the most effective tinnitus treatments for people with hearing loss. Buy the product, if you buy it, on its label and its guarantee, not on the story. Our Does Zeneara work? page covers the evidence.
Why the guarantee only applies to direct orders
Every order from the official Zeneara store is covered by a 365-day money-back guarantee, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription or auto-shipment.
The 365-day guarantee covers orders processed through the official ClickBank checkout. It is tied to your order ID and receipt; a bottle from a marketplace has neither. Since that guarantee is one of the strongest reasons to try Zeneara at all, giving it up to save a few dollars elsewhere is a bad trade. There is no coupon that beats the bundle price either, as the Zeneara coupon code guide explains.
What appears on your card
A ClickBank charge, typically beginning with "CLKBANK*", not "Zeneara". Keep the receipt email: it is your proof of purchase for a refund, and our Zeneara complaints and refunds guide explains how to use it.
Is the official store trustworthy?
As a place to buy, it looks like any established ClickBank product. The checkout is ClickBank's, the order is a one-time payment, the optional extras were unticked when we checked, the fulfillment and returns address is published, and the refund window is a full year. The rough edges are practical rather than alarming: no step-by-step refund procedure is written down, the free-shipping line on the page does not match the single-bottle form, and the capsule count in the photos does not match the "one month" description. None of those suggests your order will not arrive; they are reasons to keep your receipt and read the label.
After you order
Expect 3 to 5 business days of processing and 5 to 7 business days of delivery in the US. When the bottle arrives, read the label: the brand does not publish ingredient amounts online, and the photos show 60 capsules while the page calls a bottle one month.
For context, in our comparison of six tinnitus supplements the order is Zeneara first, then NeuroQuiet, SonoVive, Audifort, EchoXen and ZenCortex. Zeneara is our top pick.

Valerian and passion flower can cause drowsiness and add to sleep or anxiety medicine and alcohol, and ginkgo may raise bleeding risk with blood thinners. Because the brand does not publish ingredient amounts, show the bottle to your doctor or pharmacist when it arrives. And have your ears checked before trying any tinnitus supplement.
