There is one place to buy MEN Balance Pro with the guarantee behind it: menbalancepro.com, with checkout on BuyGoods. The sales video itself says the product is only sold there. Marketplace and pharmacy listings, if they appear, are not authorized sellers. The only oddity on the real site is that some pages still say "P-Protect".
What we like
- Single, clear source of the product
- 24/7 order phone line listed
- BuyGoods checkout with an emailed receipt
- 60-day guarantee on direct orders
Keep in mind
- Not in pharmacies or big-box stores
- International shipping is not described
- Parts of the real site still show another product's name

MEN Balance Pro is promoted mostly through a long sales video, which means most people meet it in an ad and then go searching. That search turns up review sites, ads and occasionally shopping results. Here is where the product is actually sold, how to recognize the real store despite a confusing detail, and why buying direct matters for the guarantee. For the ingredients and the claims in the video, see our MEN Balance Pro reviews and complaints.
The short answer: menbalancepro.com
The brand sells MEN Balance Pro through menbalancepro.com. The order page with the sales video is at menbalancepro.com/bg-vsl, and when you pick a package you move to a payment page on buygoods.com. The sales video says the product is only available on its own website.
One detail can make the real store look suspicious: parts of the order page and the footer still say "P-Protect", which is another product's name. That is a leftover on the brand's own site. It does not mean you have landed on a copy. Check the address bar instead.
When we checked, the order page listed 2 bottles for $158 and 3 for $207 (both plus $9.99 shipping), and 6 for $294 with free US shipping. Our MEN Balance Pro price breakdown turns that into cost per day.

Is MEN Balance Pro on Amazon or eBay?
The brand does not sell there; its video says the website is the only source. If a listing shows up on Amazon or eBay, it comes from a third-party seller. We cannot check every listing and we are not calling any of them fake. But such a seller is not authorized, and the 60-day guarantee does not cover it. You would depend on the marketplace's return rules, which often exclude opened supplements.
Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and GNC
The brand does not list any pharmacy, supplement chain or big-box store as a seller. Keep in mind that Walmart.com and some pharmacy websites host marketplace sellers, so a store logo next to a search result is not proof the store stocks it. If you want the guarantee, the brand's website is the only route.
Can you buy it "near me"?
Not in a local store that the brand lists. The FAQ says orders usually ship within 24 business hours and most US orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days. For a supplement the FAQ suggests taking for three to six months, the wait matters less than buying it from the right place.
Ordering from Canada, the UK or Australia
The pages we checked do not describe international shipping rates or delivery times. If you live outside the US, enter your address at checkout and look at the shipping line before paying. If no option appears, the store is not shipping to your country through that page. Supplement import rules also vary, so check with your local customs authority if unsure.
How to spot a lookalike site or listing
Popular supplements attract copycat pages: domains that add "promo", "store" or "official" to the product name, review pages built to look like shops, and listings with package sizes the brand does not offer. Before paying:
- Check the domain. menbalancepro.com for the order page, buygoods.com for payment.
- Check the packages. The order page sells 2, 3 and 6 bottles. A single bottle, a "free trial" or a monthly plan means you are somewhere else. (The video mentions $89 for one bottle, but the order page did not offer it.)
- Look for "one-time payment" and no pre-ticked add-ons.
- Save the support details: menbalance@bestcsupport.com and +1 (855) 783-8321.

Why the guarantee only applies to direct orders
Every order from the official MEN Balance Pro store is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription or auto-shipment.
To use the guarantee, you request a return authorization within 60 days by email or phone, then send the product to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278 within 14 days and email the tracking number. Support needs your order number, which only exists if you bought through the brand's checkout. You pay return shipping. A marketplace order is outside that process entirely. Details in our MEN Balance Pro complaints and refunds guide.
What appears on your card statement
BuyGoods processes the payment and acts as the retailer of record, so your statement and receipt usually show BuyGoods, not "MEN Balance Pro". If a charge looks unfamiliar, search your inbox for the BuyGoods confirmation before contacting your bank. BuyGoods also offers its own order support, which is a useful second contact if the brand does not answer.
What happens after you order
You receive the BuyGoods confirmation email; keep it. When the bottles arrive, check the seal and read the label. This is the first chance to see the Supplement Facts panel, since the website does not show one, and to confirm how many capsules a bottle really holds. Note your order date, because the 60-day window starts then.
Why buying direct matters more for this product
With many supplements, a marketplace bottle is at least comparable to a label you can read online. MEN Balance Pro does not publish its Supplement Facts panel, so there is nothing to compare a third-party bottle against. If you bought from an unknown seller, you could not tell whether the capsules match what the brand ships. Buying from the brand's own store is the only way to be sure the bottle is the product the guarantee covers, and the only way to have support and a returns address behind you.
Before you order
See a doctor about urinary symptoms first, including a PSA test. Do not replace prescription prostate medicine with a supplement. And skip the coupon hunt; there is no public code, as our MEN Balance Pro coupon code page explains.
Frequently asked questions
Is MEN Balance Pro on Amazon?
The sales video says it is only sold on the official website. A marketplace listing is not an authorized seller, and the guarantee does not cover it.

The brand does not list any physical stores. It ships from the online store.
What is the real MEN Balance Pro website?
menbalancepro.com. The order page with the sales video is at menbalancepro.com/bg-vsl, and payment is on buygoods.com.
Why does the site say P-Protect?
Parts of the order page and the footer still carry the name "P-Protect", another product's name. It is a leftover on the brand's own site, not a sign you are on a fake page.
Does MEN Balance Pro ship to Canada or the UK?
The sources we checked do not list international rates. Enter your address at checkout and see whether shipping is offered and what it costs before paying.
