Is MEN Balance Pro Legit or a Scam? What We Checked (2026)

"Legit or scam" usually mixes two questions. The first is whether you will get a product and be able to get your money back. The second is whether the product does what the advertising says. MEN Balance Pro does reasonably on the first and poorly on the second.

Scam signs vs rough edges: our scorecard

None of this suggests a fake store; the checkout, contact details and returns address are real. It does suggest a hastily built site and very aggressive marketing.

Who is behind MEN Balance Pro?

The website does not name a manufacturer or brand owner, and its copyright line reads "P-Protect". What it does give is a support email, a phone line, a returns address in Tallmadge, Ohio, and BuyGoods as the retailer of record. BuyGoods processes the payment and offers its own order support, which gives you a second place to turn if the brand does not answer. That setup is common for supplements sold through video sales pages, but it is thinner than a named company with a public history.

Where to buy MEN Balance Pro safely

Buy from the official website so the guarantee applies. The order page has three packages: 2 bottles for $158, 3 for $207 (both plus $9.99 shipping) and 6 for $294 with free US shipping. The sales video mentions $89 for one bottle, but we saw no single-bottle option. The price that counts is the one on the BuyGoods checkout page.

A five-step check before you pay

1. Check the address bar. The order page is on menbalancepro.com and the payment page on buygoods.com.
2. Read the total on the checkout page, including shipping.
3. Look for "one-time payment" and no pre-ticked add-ons.
4. Save your order email, the support email and the phone number.
5. Book a prostate check and a PSA test if you have not had one.

Is the marketing trustworthy?

No. The video tells an emotional story about a veteran in a diaper, then builds on claims that do not check out:

• "A top secret study commissioned by the Secretary of Defense." No document is shown, and supplements are not tested that way.
• "Male episodic nocturia syndrome." We found no recognized medical condition by that name.
• "Tested on 450 men, 95% success rate." No study is published or named.
• "Shrinks your prostate back to normal size." No supplement has been shown to do this.
• "Over 59,637 men." The figure cannot be checked.

Real research does link poor sleep with urinary symptoms, and two ingredients, pygeum and plant sterols, have modest evidence. The rest is storytelling.

What happens if you want your money back?

Every order from the official MEN Balance Pro store is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription or auto-shipment.

Request a return authorization within 60 days of purchase by email or phone, then send the product back within 14 days to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, and email the tracking number. You pay return shipping. Opened products are accepted, and the FAQ says empty bottles qualify too.

Safety is part of "legit" too

Urinary symptoms can come from an enlarged prostate, but also from diabetes, sleep apnea, bladder problems or prostate cancer. A legitimate path starts with a doctor and a PSA test. Ask before combining this product with prostate medicines, and be cautious with liver or kidney disease, since the formula includes green tea extract and uva ursi.

Bottom line

MEN Balance Pro is a real product with a real checkout, contact details and a refund that covers opened bottles, so it is not a scam in the usual sense. But its sales video makes claims we could not verify and promises results no supplement can deliver, and the website hides the doses. Buy it only from the official site, keep your paperwork and see a urologist first.
