Hydrossential is sold through the brand's own store, thehydrossential.com, with checkout by BuyGoods and free US shipping on every package. The site says it is only available there and warns about copies sold elsewhere, so Amazon, Walmart, CVS, Ulta-style beauty retailers and pharmacies are not authorized sellers. Only direct orders get the 60-day guarantee, which applies even to a used bottle.

Skincare is the category where people most expect to browse a shelf, open a tester and buy on the spot. Hydrossential does not work that way. It is sold online from a single store, and the brand itself warns that copies are sold elsewhere. Here is where to buy it, what each alternative means for your money, and how to make sure your serum comes with a working guarantee.
The short answer
Buy Hydrossential from thehydrossential.com. Payment is handled by BuyGoods, every US package ships free, and prices run from $49 to $69 per bottle. The 60-day money-back guarantee covers only orders placed there.

Is Hydrossential on Amazon?
The site says the serum is only available on its own page. An Amazon or eBay listing is therefore not an authorized seller, and the brand's guarantee does not cover it. We are not saying such a bottle is fake; we cannot check it. But a skincare product's storage and age matter, and you would have no way of knowing either, and no access to the brand's refund.
Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Ulta or Sephora
None of these is an authorized seller, and we know of no store or beauty retailer that stocks Hydrossential. Walmart.com hosts third-party marketplace sellers, so a page there is not necessarily Walmart itself. If you want to compare in person, drugstores and beauty shops carry many hydrating serums built on glycerin and hyaluronic acid, Hydrossential's core ingredients, but they are different formulas.
Hydrossential near me
As far as we know, it is not on any physical shelf. It ships from the US, with 5 to 7 working days listed for US delivery. The guarantee is the nearest thing to a store tester, and it applies even if you use up the bottle, but it counts from the shipping date.
Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand
The same store ships internationally. The shipping policy lists $15.95 to Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, with 10 to 15 working days for delivery. Prices are in US dollars. Since the guarantee starts at shipping, overseas buyers lose part of the window to transit.

How to spot a copy or lookalike site
- Domain: the order page is on thehydrossential.com. Variations with "official", "store", "promo" or "-usa" are different sites.
- Checkout: a package click should open a BuyGoods payment page.
- Prices: 1 bottle $69, 3 bottles $177, 6 bottles $294, all with free US shipping.
- Bottle: "Hydrossential Serum, 1 fl oz (30 ml)".
- Label details: distributed through ShipOffers in Englewood, Colorado; returns go to 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011.
Do not let urgency push you onto the wrong site. The sales page says "it will take me at least 8 months to restock", which is a sales line, not a reason to buy from the first page you find. Our Is Hydrossential legit? page covers the rest of our checks.

Why the guarantee depends on buying direct
Every order from the official Hydrossential store is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription or auto-shipment.
Refunds require the Return and Refund Form that comes in the box and a return to the Aurora address; questions go to contact@hydrossential-product.com. A marketplace buyer has neither the form nor an order the brand can match. Because the order page accepts a used bottle, buying direct means you can actually use the serum for weeks and still get your money back if it does not suit you. Details are in our Hydrossential complaints and refunds guide.
What you will see on your card
Payment runs through BuyGoods, so the statement line may show BuyGoods or a related name instead of "Hydrossential". Keep your confirmation email to match the amount, and check that there is a single charge.
What happens after you order
Keep the confirmation email; it has your order number. When the box arrives, find the Return and Refund Form and keep it with the bottle. Patch test on your forearm for a day or two before using it all over your face, and set a reminder about 45 days after the shipping date so you can still use the guarantee.

Before you order
Hydrossential is a topical serum for external use. If you have eczema, rosacea, very sensitive skin or an allergy to fragrance or plant extracts, patch test on your forearm first: the formula contains witch hazel, vitamin C, lemon peel and geranium oil. If you use prescription retinoids or acne treatments, ask your dermatologist how to fit it in. And have any new or changing spot on your skin checked by a doctor; no serum can tell you whether it is harmless.
