Audifort, EchoXen and ZenCortex are sold under different names, with different videos and different websites. Put their Supplement Facts panels side by side, though, and they list the same formula: 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg proprietary blend of the same 22 ingredients, in the same order. So the question is not which formula is better. It is which bottle, dose, price and refund you prefer, and the honest answer for your ears is the same for all three.
Our picks at a glance
- Audifort: best overall (our top pick). The longest refund of the three: 90 days, empty bottles included, with phone support every day.
- EchoXen: best price. $177 for three 60 ml bottles, but a 60-day refund and email-only support.
- ZenCortex: best for a twice-daily routine. 60 ml bottle, phone support, but the tightest refund deadline.

One formula, three labels
All three panels list, per 1 ml serving: chromium (as chromium picolinate) 0.7 mcg, 2% of the daily value, and a 200 mg blend of maca root, grape seed, guarana seed, African mango, eleuthero root, astragalus root, green tea leaf, gymnema leaf, Coleus forskohlii root, capsicum fruit, grapefruit, Panax ginseng, raspberry ketones, L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-arginine, beta-alanine, monoammonium glycyrrhizinate, GABA, L-ornithine HCl, L-tryptophan and L-carnitine.
The differences on the labels are small. ZenCortex calls it a "proprietary herbal blend" and lists African mango fruit, grapefruit seed and Panax ginseng root, where Audifort and EchoXen list seed, fruit and aerial parts. Its other ingredients are deionized water, citrus extract, natural flavors, stevia and xylitol; Audifort and EchoXen also list glycerin, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate and citric acid. ZenCortex and Audifort also share the order page layout, prices, FAQ wording and reference list, so they appear to come from the same seller. Shared private-label formulas are common; the practical point is that you should never buy two of these.

First, see a doctor
Tinnitus is a sound, such as ringing, buzzing, hissing or humming, that has no outside source. The NIDCD estimates that roughly 1 in 10 U.S. adults has had tinnitus lasting at least five minutes in the past year. It is a symptom, not a disease: age-related hearing loss and noise exposure are the most common causes, but earwax, ear infections, some medicines, jaw problems, high blood pressure and, rarely, a growth on the hearing nerve can all be behind it. Some versions need a doctor or an ear, nose and throat specialist (ENT) before anything else:
- Sudden hearing loss in one or both ears, with or without ringing. This is treated as urgent, because treatment works best when it starts within days.
- Tinnitus in only one ear, or clearly louder on one side.
- Pulsatile tinnitus, a whooshing or thumping in time with your heartbeat, which can point to a blood vessel problem.
- Tinnitus with hearing loss, dizziness, ear pain or discharge, or that started after a head injury or a new medicine.
For long-lasting tinnitus, the options with better evidence than any supplement are hearing aids when there is hearing loss, sound therapy (including wearable sound generators), tinnitus retraining therapy (TRT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps people be less bothered by the sound. The NIDCD describes these approaches on its tinnitus page. Every product on this page is a dietary supplement, not a treatment for tinnitus or hearing loss.
How we compared
We did not take these products or run a test. This comparison comes from each brand's Supplement Facts label (where one is published), order page, FAQ and refund policy, checked against published research and NIH resources. Every product has a full review on this site, and every fact here comes from those reviews. Prices are those on the official order pages and ClickBank forms when we checked. We used five criteria:
- Label transparency: a Supplement Facts panel, with an amount for each ingredient or a proprietary blend.
- Evidence for tinnitus: any ingredient tested in people with tinnitus, at a similar amount. For all six products it is weak or none.
- Safety and interactions: caffeine, sedating herbs, bleeding risk, herbs that change how drugs work.
- Price per month: price per bottle by package and how long a bottle lasts.
- Guarantee: length, empty bottles, return shipping and whether the brand's pages agree.
Since none wins on evidence, the ranking leans on the other four.
1. Audifort: best overall (our top pick)
When the formula is identical, the refund is what protects you, and Audifort's is the longest: the order page, return policy, terms and ClickBank form all say 90 days, and the order page says empty bottles qualify. You call or email for an RMA number and mail the bottles to Largo, Florida within 14 days. Phone support runs from 10 AM to 1 AM Eastern, seven days a week. The weak points are a shipping page that still says 60 days, so act early, and a bottle that the label calls 30 ml while photos show 60 ml.
Pros
- Longest refund of the three
- Empty bottles accepted
- Phone support every day
- Two e-books with 3 and 6 bottles
Cons
- Same formula, no tinnitus research
- Possibly half the liquid per bottle
- Shipping page contradicts the 90 days

2. EchoXen: best price
EchoXen is the cheapest of the three at the 3-bottle level ($177 against $207), and each bottle holds 60 ml. At the lower label dose of one dropper a day, that is about two months per bottle. The refund is 60 days and can be started through ClickBank, but the fulfillment company's refund page says items must not be "significantly used", product support is email only, and the site's reference list cites tribulus, damiana and other herbs that are not on the label.
Pros
- $30 less than the others for 3 bottles
- 60 ml bottle
- Refund through ClickBank
Cons
- 60-day refund with usage wording
- Email-only support
- No bonuses

3. ZenCortex: best for a twice-daily routine
ZenCortex gives the clearest dosing (one dropper twice a day, one bottle a month) and the same phone support as Audifort, with empty bottles accepted. It loses on the refund: 60 days from purchase, and the shipping policy says the returned package must arrive within that window, so you should start by about day 50. Its order page also says "No Stimulants" while the label lists guarana and green tea.
Pros
- Phone support every day
- Empty bottles accepted
- Clear dosing
Cons
- Tightest refund deadline
- "No Stimulants" claim vs caffeine sources
- Same price as Audifort with fewer refund days

Does this formula help tinnitus?
Probably not, and that applies equally to all three. We found no human trials on tinnitus or hearing for any of the 22 blend ingredients. Guarana, African mango, Coleus forskohlii, raspberry ketones and green tea are classic energy and weight-loss ingredients; gymnema and chromium are blood sugar ingredients, and the chromium is a trace. Even split evenly, each ingredient gets about 9 mg, while most were studied at hundreds of milligrams or grams. The supplements actually tested for tinnitus, such as ginkgo and zinc, are not in any of the three.
Safety is also identical: caffeine from guarana and green tea, blood-sugar herbs for anyone on diabetes medicine, L-tryptophan for anyone on antidepressants, ginseng, Coleus and a licorice compound for anyone on blood thinners or blood pressure medicine, and grapefruit extract. The amounts are small, but the label does not let you check them.
Our verdict
Buy one of these at most, and pick it on terms. Audifort is our pick because the same formula comes with 90 days to change your mind, empty bottles accepted and daily phone support. EchoXen saves $30 on three bottles and gives you 60 ml per bottle, in exchange for a 60-day refund and email-only support. ZenCortex costs the same as Audifort with a shorter, stricter refund. If what you want is a different formula, see our Audifort alternatives.

Frequently asked questions
Are Audifort, EchoXen and ZenCortex the same product?
They share the same formula: the same 0.7 mcg of chromium and the same 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients, in the same order. They are sold under different brands with different bottle sizes, doses, prices at 3 bottles and refund terms.
Which is cheaper, Audifort, EchoXen or ZenCortex?
EchoXen at 3 bottles ($177 against $207). All three cost $158 plus shipping for 2 bottles and $294 for 6. EchoXen and ZenCortex bottles hold 60 ml; Audifort's label says 30 ml.
Which has the best refund policy?
Audifort: 90 days from purchase, empty bottles accepted, with phone support. EchoXen and ZenCortex offer 60 days, and ZenCortex requires the returned bottles to arrive within that window.
Can I take Audifort and ZenCortex together?
There is no reason to. They are the same formula, so taking both just doubles the same blend, including its caffeine sources.
Does ZenCortex have stimulants?
Its order page says "No Stimulants", but the label lists guarana and green tea, both natural sources of caffeine. Audifort and EchoXen list the same two ingredients.
Do any of them cure tinnitus?
No. None of the 22 blend ingredients has been tested for tinnitus. Sudden, one-sided or pulsing tinnitus needs a doctor.
