EchoXen and Zeneara are sold through the same marketplace, ClickBank, and that is about all they share. EchoXen is a 60 ml dropper bottle whose Label page shows 0.7 mcg of chromium and a 200 mg blend of 22 ingredients such as guarana, African mango and raspberry ketones. Zeneara is a capsule whose order page names two probiotics, taurine, ginkgo, valerian, passion flower, zinc and vitamin B6, around a theory about GABA and glutamate in the hearing parts of the brain.
Both websites lean on stories rather than studies. EchoXen's videos feature a "Navy SEAL" and a gunshot survivor, and its references cite herbs that are not in the bottle. Zeneara's page claims a "5-second mute button method" that "eliminated tinnitus in 99.7% of participants". Neither has published research behind it, which makes the buying terms matter more than usual.

Key differences between EchoXen and Zeneara
- Time to decide. Zeneara: 365 days, even for used bottles. EchoXen: 60 days, with a refund page that says consumables must not be "significantly used".
- Price. Zeneara is $10 to $20 cheaper per bottle at every package size, and six bottles cost $234 against $294.
- Label. EchoXen shows every ingredient but only one amount. Zeneara shows no amounts at all, and its product photos say 60 capsules while the page sells each bottle as a one-month supply at one a day.
- Evidence. EchoXen's ingredients have never been tested for tinnitus. Two of Zeneara's have: ginkgo (little or no benefit in a 2022 Cochrane review) and zinc (no evidence of improvement in a 2016 Cochrane review).
- How it may make you feel. EchoXen's guarana and green tea contain caffeine. Zeneara's valerian and passion flower can cause drowsiness.
Who should choose EchoXen
EchoXen is for someone who wants every ingredient named on a label before ordering and who does not take sedatives or blood thinners, which Zeneara's herbs and ginkgo could affect. A 60 ml bottle at one dropper a day can last two months. Expect email-only support and a 60-day clock, so mark your calendar.

Who should choose Zeneara
Zeneara is for someone who wants the cheapest, least pressured trial. Start with one bottle, take it at bedtime, rate your tinnitus weekly and decide calmly within the year. If you take blood thinners, sleep medicine or anxiety medicine, talk to your doctor first, and read the actual label on your bottle when it arrives, since the website does not show one.

Before either one: see a doctor
Both sales pages suggest that their formula addresses the root of tinnitus. In reality tinnitus is a symptom with many possible causes, from earwax and noise damage to blood pressure and, rarely, a growth on the hearing nerve. That is why the NIDCD advises prompt medical care for:
- Sudden hearing loss in one or both ears, with or without ringing: doctors treat it as urgent, because treatment works best within days.
- Ringing in only one ear, or clearly louder on one side.
- Pulsatile tinnitus, a whoosh or thump in time with your heartbeat.
- Tinnitus with hearing loss, dizziness, ear pain or discharge, or that started after a head injury or a new medicine.
For long-term tinnitus, hearing aids (when hearing loss is present), sound therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy have far more evidence than any ingredient in these two bottles.
Our verdict
Zeneara beats EchoXen on cost and on the refund, which are the two protections you have when a product's claims are unproven. It is not a better-proven product: its tinnitus ingredients did not clearly work in trials, its doses are hidden and its sales claims go far past the evidence. EchoXen makes sense only for buyers who need to avoid Zeneara's drowsy herbs and ginkgo. Our best tinnitus supplements guide ranks both against four other tinnitus products.

Audifort shows its label but it reads like an energy blend; Zeneara names ginkgo and zinc but hides the doses. Price, safety and a 365-day refund decide it.
